In 2017, Roche initiated its Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) operation for the Americas in San José with the delivery of services and solutions for Information Technologies. The company has been in continuous growth thanks to the addition of Finance, Procurement, and Communication services in 2019 and People Support Solutions in 2020, which expanded again in 2021.

In October 2021, Roche announced a new modern campus. It will bring together its Pharma, Diagnostics, Diabetes Care, and Services & Solutions operations in the One Roche Costa Rica site.
